That is the best Norman Rockwell portrait I've ever seen, though. I seem to recall that there was a lot of hassle involved in Kooper's book. But I can't remember the details now.
Al Kooper's book is really good - very funny, well-written etc. There is even a photo of Bloomfield & Kooper with Norman Rockwell!
